WPC Group is committed to fighting the opioid overdose epidemic in America and supporting states and communities as they continue work to identify outbreaks, collect data, respond to overdoses, and provide care to those in their communities.

In response to the overwhelming need and risk to first responders, WPC Group has collaborated with large manufacturers across the country to develop its Harm & Exposure Reduction Kit which contains Fentanyl and Xylazine resistant nitrile gloves, Fentanyl and Xylazine testing strips, and either 4mg or 8mg doses of Naloxone nasal spray used to treat opioid overdose.

In addition, WPC Group has an outreach program designed to assist the broad coalition of states and subdivisions that have reached final agreements with over eleven companies for their role in the opioid crisis. These agreements reached with manufacturers, distributors, and pharmaceutical companies provide for nearly $50 billion in payments to states and local governments. The road needed to navigate this process can be overwhelming to any district or department. WPC Group has the expertise to guide and advise municipalities to better understand their settlement options and protocols.
