Harm & Exposure Reduction
WPC was formed to support and empower national, state, and local officials in making critical procurement decisions surrounding the Global Opioid Epidemic.
WPC works with our partners in procurement of products at competitive pricing, we help them consolidate the best research evidence to provide recommended programs designed specifically for their community needs, We have designed a Harm & Exposure Reduction Kit to improve the treatment system already in place in most areas, and we offer guidance that will strengthen and improve on existing harm reduction educational programs.
WPC is currently developing Telehealth opportunities that will reach individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) who face access barriers to evidence-based treatment programs. This Telehealth opportunity has the potential to mitigate these barriers and bring healthcare appointments to the individuals virtually.
WPCs has a long-established network of suppliers and manufacturers which solidifies our ability to contract, produce and deliver the highest quality hard-to-find items. Our current inventory includes Fentanyl and Xylazine resistant nitrile gloves available in two thicknesses and two colors.
WPC has exclusive manufacturing agreements which allow us to have affiliates on the ground whether it be in the United States or in other countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, or southeast Asia. We are in constant communication with these companies who are at the factories overseeing production, testing and transportation of all products. This close association allows us to oversee all production including production schedules, delivery times, in-transit locations, and on ship transportation when coming from overseas.
WPC Group has an exclusive agreement with one manufacturer for its Fentanyl and Xylazine resistant gloves. One executive at this company is the original member of the team who developed and formulated the nitrile blend for gloves 15 years ago.
Together, WPC and its manufacturers are able to fulfill purchase orders with dependable and verifiable delivery schedules.

Meet The Team
Mark A. Depew is CEO for WPC Group, LLC, which is a professional firm specializing in delivering Hard-to-Find SPECIALTY products. Mr. Depew has over 35 years of experience providing financial services to privately and publicly held businesses in healthcare, oil ad gas and the entertainment industry. He is a proven expert in setting financial strategies, securing large capital, and guiding organizational change.
Mr. Depew received his B.A. at the University of Wyoming in Communications. Both past and present, he has been a member of the University of Wyoming Alumni Association and previous board member and President for the Cowboy Joe Club.

Brian Rho is Chief Operating Officer for WPC Group, LLC, which is a professional firm focusing on Hard-to-Find products such as Nitrile Gloves and Medical Supplies 8 Equipment.
Mr. Rho is responsible for delivering the Company's Mission and Vision.
He oversees all company activities with special focus on sourcing, managing manufacturing relationships, logistics and general operations.
In addition, he plays an active role in the firm's community, political, and governmental relationships. Mr. Rho also participates in the company's investment activities as a member of its investment committee.
Mr. Rho graduated from Cypress College majoring in Hotel Management.

Cameron Ross is the Director of Sales for WPC Group, LLC. He brings his deep roots and personal affiliations in Wyoming government to WPC offering opportunities unavailable to other organizations.
Mr. Ross’s career has taken him to four different states working in multiple industries including; pharmaceutical sales, tourism marketing, and manufacturing management.
Mr. Ross was born and raised in Cheyenne, WY. He went to graduate college at Arizona State University. In his free time, you can find him in the mountains of Wyoming or on the golf course.
